Baked Chicken Yakitori

The only "bad" thing about this technique is that it's not "crunchy/crispy" enough. Although it is my first time trying to bake Yakitori, I would say that this wasn't a bad first try!
 1. I marinated the chicken chunks (thighs/breast work well) in a marinade consisting of:
  • 1/2cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
2. I let it sit for 4 hours and skewered them onto bamboo sticks.
 3. Separate the chicken evenly and bake in the oven at 400*C for about 15 minutes.
4. After 15 minutes is up, take it out of the oven and brush it with a mixture containing:
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar
5. Place in oven again for 15-20 minutes. Take out after allotted time and eat.
